Remote Purchasing – Terms and Conditions:

Terms and conditions apply - Botswana

1. Delivery charged per location.
2. Substitutions will be suggested for items that are not available
3. Customers can place orders via WhatsApp or telephonically
4. Game will give the customer the store’s bank account on the quote. This cost will include the cost for delivery.
5. Pictures will be sent to customers of their chosen purchases, if the customer chooses the option to do so.
6. Customers will receive confirmation of payment received via text message or WhatsApp.
7. Once payment is confirmed, customers will receive a delivery notice from the service provider.
8. Replies to customers in minutes will only be during the store’s trading times.
9. Quantities for delivery are subject to the store’s discretion.
