• This promotional competition is organized by Game Discount World (Botswana) Limited. (Company Registration number: 93/230). Hereafter referred to as Game.
• The competition starts on the 17^th of November and runs until 22 December 2017 
• Condition of entry:
  • Listeners can enter the competition each Friday between 17 November and 22 December 2017 by calling in to the radio station (Duma FM) every Friday morning between 08:15 and 08:30 am.
  • The competition activation will be aired on the following Friday’s:
    • 17 November 2017
    • 24 November 2017
    • 1 December 2017
    • 8 December 2017
    • 15 December 2017
    • 22 December 2017
  • The first 3 callers to call into Duma FM at the start of the competition broadcast time will qualify to enter the competition.
  • The 3 callers are then asked a question by the radio Personality or DJ from Duma FM to guess the value of a mystery product or mystery product bundle that is available at Game.
  • The product description and details will be described to the contestant by the Radio personality or DJ from Duma FM.
  • The contestant who guesses the closest price of the product or product bundle to the actual retail selling price as available at Game, will win that particular product. For example; If a contestant guesses the price of a 48” Samsung FHD Smart LED TV (selling for 750 000 Pula) as 720 000 Pula, the contestant will win that actual prize if none of the other contestants guess a price closest to that retail price.
  • The winner’s details are then handed over from Duma FM to a Game store in Gaborne (depending on which store is closest to the winning contestant).
  • Game will then contact the customer to come and collect their prize.
• Game and Duma FM will take all reasonable steps to facilitate the competition, Game or Duma FM will not be liable for any technical problems or any lost, delayed or incorrectly received entries.
• Please note that entry is through an electronic platform. Although the Promoter will take all reasonable steps, the promoter (Duma FM) will not be liable for any technical problems or any lost, delayed or incorrectly received entries
• The winner of the Prize will also be announced on the Game stores Botswana Facebook page.
• Ownership and risk relating to the prize passes on delivery/collection.
• Game will not be held liable for any defective products, harm or consequential loss as a result of use of the prize.
• Game will not be held liable to replace or repair defective products.
• The winner will be required to collect their prize from the nearest Game store situated in Botswana (Gaborone) within 4 weeks after the competition has taken place.  
• No entries by post or any other form will be accepted.
• The contestant’s entry will be withdrawn if any goods purchased in connection with the competition is returned by the contestant before the competition entry data file is extracted for purposes of doing the draw.
• Entries are limited to one entry per person.
• To enter this competition you must be: (a) Botswana citizen and (b) 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Winners will need to produce their ID document to validate that they are over the age of 18 and that they are the qualified winner of the competition.
• Winners will need to sign a declaration form on collection issued at a Game Store.
• The Competition is not open to any person, or the immediate family of a person, who is:
  • a director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to Masstores (Pty) Ltd; or Game Discount World (Botswana) Limited
  • a person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by of Masstores (Pty) Ltd , or any of its subsidiaries, or Game Discount World (Mozambique) Limited
  • a director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to an advertising agency, promotional agency or other supplier of goods or services.
• The prizes are not transferable to another person/ company or another item, nor can it be exchanged for cash.
• The value of the prize includes VAT. Winner/s may be taxed in terms of applicable tax legislation and participants who require clarity as to the tax implications hereof should seek a directive from the relevant revenue service/authority.
• If the winner/s fail/s to comply with any of these rules or the terms of acceptance of the prizes, or if the winner/s unreasonably refuse(s) to sign the Game winner/s declaration and prize acceptance form, the winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize.
• Game Discount World (Botswana) Limitada or Masstores (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud or cheating including without limitations, through the manipulation of code or otherwise frequently falsifying data.

• The right of admission into the competition rests solely with Game Discount World (Botswana) Limited or Masstores (Pty) Ltd.
• Entries which contain errors will be considered invalid.
• By participating in the Game Spin and Win Competition, you (participants/entrants) agree, subject to applicable law that Game, its partners nor any their respective advertising agencies.  Person/s who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by of Game Discount World (Botswana) Limited or Masstores (Pty) Ltd will be liable for any losses, damages, costs or claims in connection with the Competition.
• In the event that the winner for the Grand Prize cannot be contacted via email or telephonically within 4 weeks after closing of entries, Game Discount World (Botswana) Limited or Masstores (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to select another entrant as a winner.

• Game Reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the competition, as well competition rules FOR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND ITS CONTROL. Game and its service providers, are NOT RESPONSIBLE for; incorrect and inaccurate transcription of entry information, technical malfunction, inappropriate images and comments posted by the entry or by the public. Lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online services or any other error.

By participating, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administrating this Competition and awarding the prize(s). Except where prohibited by law or objected to by the individual at any time, each winner grants permission for the Promoter/Sponsor, including Game Discount World (Botswana) Limited or Masstores (Pty) Ltd and those acting under its authority to use his/her name and/or photograph, for purposes of announcing the winners for this Competition and related advertising purposes, in any form of media and without additional compensation, notification or permission.
